Shipping invoices
After the items are paid for, package and weigh the order. Enter the shipping charge and review the buyer’s email. PayPal emails the invoice with a secure payment button when you choose Email shipping invoice.

Open secure payment page ↗Check payment before shipping. Mark shipped is available only after PayPal confirms the shipping invoice is paid in full. Paid shipping appears in Income after a successful payment check. Manage cancellations or invoice corrections in your PayPal Business account.
Customer feedback
Review submissions for spam and personal information before publication. Keep genuine reviews eligible regardless of star rating. Review text and ratings cannot be edited here.
Income
Private sales records. Completed CMB website payments appear automatically. Record the actual amount received for Vinted and Facebook sales.
Sales tax is excluded from revenue. Net is revenue minus refunds and the costs you enter. Fees, expenses, refunds and marketplace payouts are not imported automatically.
